Working at a cinema, I watch a lot of movies. Sorry, movie credits. I watch a lot of movie credits. Here’s the best of ‘em.

Incredibles 2

The Incredibles is known for its lovable characters, dynamic soundtrack, and pessimistic take on Randian philosophy. Naturally, the end credits for this film are played against a colorful backdrop to a variety of catchy superhero themes. Who knew that the Incredibles had theme songs? I did, 8 months later when I watched the movie. Granted, they are a little lacking in the lyrical department; Mr. Incredible’s theme consists 45% of the words “Mr. Incredible.”

Penguins

Halloween

Picture this: loud breathing. The titular theme and creepy sound effects accompanying this credits make it a master class in spook. Warning: do not watch alone.

Shazam

There’s not much to say about this credits except that it has a terrible end credits scene. That being said, it was memorable, which is why it has earned the bottom spot on this list.
